A new crisis erupts when a Russian hero, Ramskov, suffering from severe radiation exposure, is overcome by his newfound powers and attacks the assembled heroes. While the Avengers scramble to investigate the situation, a powerful new figure named Rage forcefully arrives at the mansion demanding representation for African Americans on the team. Amidst the chaos, the heroes must confront Ramskov while also dealing with the emergence of the drug dealer L.D. 50, who possesses an unusually erudite vocabulary. The team is forced to juggle a cosmic threat and internal social pressure in one explosive issue.
