With Apocalypse's culling rapidly approaching, the X-Men race against time to evacuate the remaining citizens of Chicago before mass slaughter begins. Unfortunately, their desperate mission is complicated by the fact that the formidable Apocalypse has successfully tracked down their secret base of operations. To make matters worse, a brutal, personal grudge match is brewing, ignited by the vicious Sabretooth. The heroes must fight on multiple fronts to save the city and themselves.
