Seeking to finally move past the burdens of his life as a hero, Spider-Man crosses paths with Daredevil, hoping the Man Without Fear can offer guidance and help him bury his painful secrets. However, this pursuit of peace is jeopardized when two of his most dangerous foes, the Vulture and the Owl, form an unlikely and deadly partnership. The villains are united by their shared destructive goal, yet employ radically different tactics that threaten to prove fatal for the web-slinger. His desperate search for absolution might end with his demise unless he can survive this dual assault.
