Carnage's brutal rampage through New York City continues, forcing his former mentor, Venom, to step in and try to stop the murderous chaos on his own. Meanwhile, the bruised Web-Slinger attempts to recover from his injuries, but the deadly trio of Carnage, Shriek, and their doppelganger strike again in Central Park. Rushing to confront them, Spider-Man finds himself intercepted by the Demogoblin, adding yet another super-villain to his desperate fight to save the city.
