The mercenary known as Hitman is back in town, and he has set his sights on J. Jonah Jameson Jr. as his next target. To protect the Daily Bugle publisher, Spider-Man must swing into action, but his efforts are complicated by the brutal intervention of the Punisher. The two heroes clash over their differing methods while trying to stop Hitman before Jameson becomes the hitman's latest victim.
