A complex web of crises unfolds as the Man of Steel desperately searches for a missing person named Bob Galt, while Green Lantern is forced into an "Assault on a Green" when his attempts to reconcile with Arisia fail, leading him to confront a gang of enemies. Elsewhere, Nightwing finally tracks down a lead on Speedy and discovers his true motivations. Adding to the chaos, the Phantom Stranger must neutralize a charlatan psychic who inadvertently channels a dangerous, cursed Atlantean warrior.
